God spoke a Word and the world was.
Without Words nothing is accomplished.
The Word is all powerful!
A man spoke a Word and won my heart.
He spoke again and left me broken.
Another man spoke Words and put the pieces together again.
A tiny Word makes winners, another Word makes losers.
Words invite, Words rebuff,
Words encourage, Words discourage.
Words of wisdom ignite,
Words of anger inflame, Wondrous Words inspire
Disparaging Words crush the soul,
Encouraging Words lift one from dispare,
Words control our destiny,
Words direct our path,
And one day a Word will bring us to the end.
